The Receptionist is designed for a wide range of service businesses and professionals:

Yes! We support companies with multiple branches. Each branch is registered separately with its own address, city, and zipcode. We use city and zipcode as the key to distinguish locations, so customers can find and book the branch nearest to them. Each branch has its own staff, services, and schedule.
Customers chat with an AI assistant on the homepage. They can type or speak what they need (e.g. "haircut tomorrow in Espoo") and the AI finds available businesses nearby, shows services and time slots, and completes the booking. No forms, no endless clicking.
Register as a business owner, add your company details and address, create your services, set your staff and availability, and you are ready. Customers can then find you via the AI assistant when they search in your area.
If a customer cancels or does not attend their appointment twice, the AI will identify them and block them from using the system. This helps protect businesses from repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
The Receptionist includes an internal chat so you can message directly with your customers or merchants. Customers can ask questions about bookings, services, or rescheduling. Merchants can reply quickly and share information or files. Access Chat from the sidebar after logging in.
Share your invite link. When someone registers as a user or merchant using your link, you earn 100 coins. Coins can be used to pay your subscription. Find your invite link in Profile or Connection after logging in.
Your data is stored and processed in Europe. We use multiple layers of data protection: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and compliance with GDPR. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and GDPR pages for details.
We only collect your name, email, and phone. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Each profile has a delete button — go to Profile, scroll down, and use the delete option.
Yes! The Receptionist includes a Sales module with point-of-sale (POS) for small businesses. You can manage products, process sales, print receipts, and view sales records and reports. Enable it in Settings under Company information, then access Sales from the sidebar to set up products and start selling.
Enable "Accept walk-in customers" in Settings under Company information. You get a QR code and booking link that customers can scan or open to join your queue without booking in advance. Customers see their position in line and get the next available slot. You manage the queue from your dashboard. The AI assistant on the homepage can also find providers that accept walk-ins when customers search for services.
Website chat widgets and integrations are available on eligible plans. From the merchant Connection (Integrations) page you can copy a snippet for a floating popup, an inline block on your site, or an advanced iframe. Your customers chat via a secure iframe on our domain while your website only loads a small script. Which plans include this feature is shown on the Pricing page; you can upgrade in merchant Settings if your plan does not include it yet.
